The 3rd installment of the ‘We Can Survive’ benefit concert featured the likes of 5 Seconds of Summer, Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, Sam Smith, Maroon 5, Calvin Harris, and The Weeknd.  The night started with a soundcheck with 5SOS with several Q&A questionaires along with a mini-performance set of several songs.

5SOS started the benefit concert show with hits including “Jet Black Heart” and “She’s Kinda Hot.”  The pop-artist, Demi Lovato highlighted her set with the fan favorite, “Confident” along with “For You.”  The Weeknd was the most consistent performer for a closer with songs such as “The Hills,” “Can’t Feel My Face,” and “The Hills.”  The surprise performer was Rihanna with doing a six-song set beginning with “Bitch Better Have My Money”.

In it’s 3rd year, this benefit concert raises support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  And $2 from every ticket sold will benefit the Young Survival Coalition.
